What is IDA?

Duh, guess I should explain. IDA stands for Insurance Digital Assistant. Their web site is http://www.idaassistant.com/. The company has a nice pretty explaination about what the product is and what it will do. I will say that in my line of business, selling health insurance, it is a godsend. The database keeps track of all my leads. All of my communications that I have had with my clients. It tracks all of my attempts to call with dates and times. FOLLOW-UP bar none is the most thing in this business, IDA helps me do that. No more paper laying on my desk. .....more to come
